Fernanda Carincia was born and brought up in Rome, Italy. She spent more then nine years in England where she came in contact with a cosmopolitan reality that allowed her to widen her views and become a "student of life".

She read and studied psychology, philosophy and metaphysics books written by world-wide known self-help authors like Louise L. Hay, Marianne Williamson, Diana Cooper, Neale D. Walsh; she attended numerous seminars hosted by some of the most prestigious ones as Deepak Chopra and Susan Jeffers.

She uses alternative therapies including Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho that she practices herself, and has learnt techniques that allowed her to improve as a person as well as her quality of life.

When she came back in Italy, she felt the need to share with the readers what she learnt as well as the wonderful results achieved. As well as being a Reiki practitioner and a writer, in her spare time she is a singer, a lyricist and a poet.
